Planning & Zoning Board

The Planning and Zoning Board consists of five (5) board members who volunteer and are then approved by the Town Council. Their role is to hear requests for annexations, re-zonings, conditional use permits, and review subdivision plats. Then they make a ruling, either in favor of or against and make recommendations on the previous rulings to the Town Council. Tom Harowski of TMH Consulting Inc. is the Interim Town Planner and is consulted on current and future land development as well as certain documents required by the State of Florida.

P & Z meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of each month, on an as-needed basis.
